Non-Returnable Products
All products purchased from Merida Cosmetics are non-returnable and non-refundable, except under the specific conditions listed below.
Eligible Return & Refund Conditions
We understand that issues can occasionally occur. You may request a return or refund only under the following circumstances:
1.Wrong Product Sent: If the item you received is different from what you ordered.
2.Defective Product: If the product you received is defective or not functioning as intended.
3.Damaged Product: If the product is damaged during transit.
Important: A package unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to wrong, defective, or damaged items.
No claims will be accepted or processed without this video proof.
Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed, cancellation is not allowed.
2. Product or Shade Exchange: If you wish to exchange a product or shade, contact our customer care before the order is shipped.
o No exchange requests will be accepted after the order is shipped.
Return Window
You must initiate your return request within 3 days of receiving the product, provided it meets the eligible conditions listed above.
Return requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI.
